‚ÄčOur Year 12 Chemistry students have discovered that wine making is an incredibly difficult process...and they didn't even have to stomp on any grapes!

They are 2 weeks into the fermentation process and will continue to monitor the quality of their wine for the next few weeks before the final stage of bottling.
