We welcome new enrolments at our school.
Parents wishing to enrol new students are requested to phone the school office on (07) 3714 2333 during office hours (8.00 am - 4.00 pm each term) to arrange collection of an enrolment pack and a suitable time for an enrolment interview with a member of the school administration team.
Notes:
- Forest Lake State High School is an enrolment managed school (note the links provided below)
- Students must be in full school uniform at commencement. The school uniform shop hours will be provided at the time of your enrolment interview.
- As a minimum, Student Resource Fees must be paid one term in advance prior to commencement. In circumstances where financial hardship exists, individual arrangements may be negotiated at the time of the enrolment interview.
