Forest Lake State High School welcomes in-catchment enrolment applications for students commencing Year 7 in 2027.
We invite families to explore our school, learn about our curriculum, extracurricular opportunities and student support programs, and begin the enrolment process.
We encourage parents and carers to submit their enrolment application as early as possible to assist with planning for the 2027 school year.
Our Enrolments team is available to guide you through each step of the application process and answer any questions you may have. We look forward to welcoming you to the Forest Lake State High School community.
In-Catchment Enrolments
| Step 1: | Complete our Expression of Interest form– please ensure you have proof of residency requirements available to upload. |
| Step 2: | Application Forms – once eligibility to enrol is confirmed an enrolment pack will be emailed to you for completion. This is then returned to our office via email. |
| Step 3: | Attend Year 7 Parent Information Session – Once all required documentation has been reviewed, you will be contacted to attend a Year 7 Parent Information Session. |
| Step 4: | Year 7 2027 Transition Day to be held on 4th December 2026 |
