Forest Lake SHS participates in the Yagera District interschool competition. The competition is held as Gala days and is played against various schools within our district. The sports are split between summer and winter and is available to all students. Below is a list of the sports currently offered:
Summer Season
· Volleyball – Years 8/10/Open Boys
· Touch – Years 8/10/Open Boys/Girls
· Basketball – Year 8 Boys/Girls
Winter Season
· Basketball – Years 10/Open Boys/Girls
· Netball – Years 8/10/Open Girls
· Volleyball – Years 8/10/Open Girls
· Soccer – Years 8/10/Open Boys/Girls
· Rugby League – Years 8/10 Boys
In addition to the Yagera Gala day competitions the school also participates in numerous external sporting events.
