The Beyond the Broncos Mentoring program aims to improve school attendance rates and Year 12 attainment rates for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander female students in 8 high schools across the Greater Brisbane region.
Forest Lake SHS is proud to be a part of this program, that has more than 30 students involved.
Former Brisbane Broncos Captain Justin Hodges joins fellow ex-Broncos star Scott Prince as well as NRLW Brisbane Broncos captain Ali Brigginshaw to inspire young people to set and achieve goals for their future.
They are joined by many dedicated Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Support Officers who provide day-to-day mentoring support and guidance for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
