Congratulations to our amazing and dedicated Head Start ‘university’ students Lulu, Masooma, Ellie, Nina, Daniel and Brienna.
These students have completed a university subject whilst still in Year 10 through the University of Southern Queensland (USQ) and Central Queensland University (CQU)
They have achieved great results in Science and Education pathways and now have a head start to University when they Graduate in 2022. These subjects required students to complete university level assignments and exams, giving them a great insight into the world of academia.
Students who participate in the HeadStart program at USQ and CQU receive their first subject free – a saving of at least $4000. Successful completion of a Head Start course also earns these students 2 points towards their Queensland Certificate of Education.
